Mangalam Global Enterprise Limited — Important, 19-11-2024: General Updates

Mangalam Global Enterprise Limited (MGEL) has completed the acquisition of an Edible Oil Refinery and associated assets in Taluka: Jotana, Mehasana, Gujarat. The purchase includes a plant and machinery, buildings, and land of approximately 19,833 square yards for a total cost of Rs. 10.87 Crores. The new facility comprises an edible oil refinery and packing unit with a capacity of around 200 metric tonnes per day, alongside an oil seed crushing plant with a capacity of 20 metric tonnes per day. This addition is expected to enhance the company's overall performance and operational capacity, signaling a positive outlook moving forward.
