Waaree Energies Limited — Board Meeting, 18-11-2024: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year, reporting revenue from operations of ₹69,832.78 Cr and a net profit of ₹7,767.84 Cr. The company has also appointed Mis. Mahajan & Aihara Chartered Accountants LLP as internal auditors for FY 2024-25. Furthermore, the Board has approved an investment of up to ₹600 Cr in wholly owned subsidiaries for developing renewable power projects. Discussions were held on entering the manufacturing of electrolyzers for green hydrogen and lithium-ion storage solutions, with a detailed plan expected within two months.
