Waaree Energies Limited — Board Meeting, 18-11-2024: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has announced a board meeting where the company approved its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year, which reported a total income of ₹71,598.76 million and a net profit of ₹7,767.84 million. Additionally, the board appointed Mis. Mahajan & Aihara Chartered Accountants LLP as the internal auditors for the financial year 2024-25 and discussed a plan to invest up to ₹600 crore in its subsidiaries for renewable power infrastructure, including developments in electrolyser manufacturing for green hydrogen.
