The investment received in-principal approval from the Board during a recent meeting, pending a detailed evaluation of machinery from reliable vendors. The procurement process is set to begin soon, with installation and production expected to be completed by Q2 of FY 2026. Funding for this project will be split evenly between internal accruals and a term loan, with potential financial support from subsidies under the New Gujarat State Textile Policy. This move positions Orbit Exports for future growth and improvement in its competitive standing.
