ONGC has incorporated a new joint venture, ONGC NTPC Green Private Limited (ONGPL), in collaboration with NTPC Green Energy Limited, with a 50:50 ownership structure. This venture aims to explore and establish renewable energy projects, focusing on offshore wind energy alongside other initiatives in the renewable sector. The authorized and subscribed share capital is ₹10 lakh each.
