Reliance Power and Reliance Infrastructure have restructured their boards by appointing four senior executives to key positions. Notably, Ashok Pal, the CFO of Reliance Power, has been promoted to Executive Director, while Sachin Mohapatra, CEO of Sasan Power Plant, and Harmanjit Singh Nagi, President of Corporate Development, have been named Additional Directors. Partha Sarma also joins Reliance Infrastructure as an Additional Director.
