Suzuki Motor Corporation and Tata Elxsi have inaugurated the ‘SUZUKI-TATA ELXSI Offshore Development Center’ in Pune, India. This strategic partnership aims to advance sustainable and innovative automotive solutions. The center will support Suzuki’s goals in lightweight design, safety, eco-friendly materials, and advanced simulations to expedite development timelines for electric, hybrid, and alternative fuel vehicles.

Suzuki’s CTO, Katsuhiro Kato, emphasized the center's role in accelerating the company's electronic and virtual development amid the industry's shift towards Connected, Autonomous, Shared, and Electric technologies.
