Senco Gold Limited — PPTs, 16-11-2024: Investor Presentation
Senco Gold Limited has showcased impressive growth in Q2 and H1 of FY25, achieving a consolidated revenue of ₹1,515.4 Cr and ₹2,931.6 Cr, representing year-on-year increases of 31% and 18%, respectively. This surge is attributed to a 20% growth in Same Store Sales Growth (SSSG) in Q2, driven by robust demand in Tier III and IV cities and improved market conditions following a customs duty cut.
The company reported a Q2 EBITDA of ₹51.9 Cr, marking a 32% YoY increase, while H1 EBITDA rose to ₹160.7 Cr, a 51% improvement. However, Profit After Tax (PAT) edged up slightly to ₹12.1 Cr in Q2 but soared by 60% to ₹63.4 Cr in H1, aided by a higher Q1 base despite a one-time customs duty impact of approximately ₹29.8 Cr.
Senco has successfully opened eight new showrooms and continues to fortify its inventory management, with an 18% increase in inventory reflecting both price rises and preparation for the festive season. The firm maintains a strong hedging strategy, with an average hedging ratio of around 91% recognized as a leading hedger in bullion. Positive outlook persists as Senco aims to sustain growth momentum amid competitive pressures.
