The Board of Directors has approved the reconstitution of several key committees, effective immediately. The Audit Committee now includes Mr. Mukul Vora as Chairman, alongside Independent Directors Mr. Ajitsingh Ghorpade and Managing Director Mr. Nitin Shah. The Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee is chaired by Mr. Ajitsingh Ghorpade and includes Independent Directors Mr. Jawahar Desai and Mr. Mukul Vora. For the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, Mr. Ajitsingh Ghorpade will also chair the committee, joined by Mr. Mukul Vora and Managing Director Mr. Nitin Shah.
