JAKHARIA FABRIC LIMITED — Board Meeting, 15-11-2024: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of Jakharia Fabric Limited has approved the reconstitution of several committees, effective immediately. The new Audit Committee includes Mr. Mukul Vora as Chairman, alongside Mr. Ajitsingh Ghorpade and Mr. Nitin Shah. The Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee is now chaired by Mr. Ajitsingh Ghorpade, with members Mr. Jawahar Desai and Mr. Mukul Vora. Mr. Ajitsingh Ghorpade also chairs the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, which includes Mr. Mukul Vora and Mr. Nitin Shah. The meeting lasted for one hour, starting at 7:30 PM.
