QMS Medical Allied Services has reported notable growth in its financial performance for Q2FY25, showcasing a consolidated net profit increase of 76.3% quarter-over-quarter (QoQ) to Rs. 4.23 crore, driven by strong operational metrics. EBITDA grew 52.9% QoQ to Rs. 7.57 crore, with operating income reaching Rs. 37.20 crore, up 22.5% from Q1FY25. Comparatively, year-over-year (YoY) figures are robust; operating income grew by approximately 30% and EBITDA surged by 51% from Q2FY24.

For the first half of FY25, the company achieved operating revenues of Rs. 67.57 crore, aligned with H2FY24, marking a 55% contribution to FY24’s total. EBITDA for H1FY25 stood at Rs. 12.52 crore, an increase of 38% over H2FY24. The EPS for H1FY25 was Rs. 3.27, representing a significant 65% of the annual FY24 figure.

Strategically, QMS expanded its portfolio with a 51% acquisition of Saarathi Healthcare and pioneered its hospital supplies business, seeking to enhance stakeholder value. With a strong outlook fueled by new initiatives and a solid order pipeline, the company is well-positioned for future growth.
