Godrej Agrovet Limited — Board Meeting, 11-03-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has approved the acquisition of a 48.06% equity stake in Creamline Dairy Products Limited (CDPL), aiming to make it a wholly owned subsidiary. This acquisition, costing ₹930 Crore, is set to consolidate Godrej Agrovet's position in the dairy sector. Additionally, the board has appointed Mr. Y. V. Sathish as Head – Manufacturing & Supply Chain Excellence effective March 24, 2025. Sathish, with nearly 30 years of experience in FMCG, notably from GlaxoSmithKline and Hindustan Unilever, will oversee efforts to enhance operational efficiency.
