Godrej Agrovet Limited — Board Meeting, 11-03-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has approved the acquisition of a 48.06% equity stake in Creamline Dairy Products Limited (CDPL), making it a wholly owned subsidiary. This acquisition will consolidate Godrej Agrovet’s presence in the dairy sector, with a cash consideration of ₹930 Cr. Additionally, Mr. Y. V. Sathish has been appointed as the Head – Manufacturing & Supply Chain Excellence, effective March 24, 2025, following the early superannuation of Mr. Prafulla Bhat. Sathish brings extensive experience from leading FMCG companies and will enhance operational efficiency at Godrej Agrovet.
