The Board of Directors of Sadhav Shipping Ltd. has approved the incorporation of a joint venture named "United Petro Sadhav Maritime Private Limited." The company will subscribe to 3,00,000 equity shares at a face value of Rs. 10 each, totaling Rs. 30 lakh (0.30 Cr).
