W S Industries (I) Limited — Important, 11-03-2025: Updates

M/S. WSI-P&C Verticals Private Limited has entered into a binding agreement with Arni Associates Private Limited for the acquisition of 54.89 acres of land in Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu, at a cost of Rs. 46.66 Crores. This new acquisition complements an existing parcel of 254 acres purchased from the Central Bank of India and a previous acquisition of 74.94 acres, bringing the total to approximately 400 acres in the area.

The acquired land is strategically located near major industrial players such as Samsung, Foxconn, and Hyundai, enhancing its potential for development. Importantly, a significant portion of this land is already eligible for multiuse development, following a government gazette notification. This expansion is expected to create opportunities for W.S. Industries to reinforce its market presence and leverage the growing industrial landscape in the region.
