The Board of Directors of EQUIPPP Social Impact Technologies Ltd. has approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended 30th September 2024. The company reported a net loss of ₹1.13 crore on a standalone basis and ₹6.81 crore on a consolidated basis for the same period. The Board also noted the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with Young India Skills University for introducing BFSI Skill Development Programs and approved an in-principle investment of ₹1.25 crore to acquire a 51% stake in Technogen India Private Ltd to develop an in-house IT business vertical.
