Melstar Information Technologies Limited — Board Meeting, 14-11-2024: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Melstar Information Technologies Limited has approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year, ending September 30, 2024. Mr. Tarun Kashyap has been appointed as an Additional Director (Executive Director), while Mr. Vineet Shah will serve as the acting CFO until a full-time appointment is made. The board also gave in-principle approval for an Employee Stock Option Scheme 2024, pending shareholder approval. However, the proposal to raise funds through Debentures was not approved.
