The Board meeting resulted in the approval of the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2024. Additionally, the Board recommended the reappointment of Mr. Sunder G. Advani as Chairman and Managing Director for five years, effective March 1, 2025, along with his remuneration for three years.
