Senco Gold Limited reported impressive financial performance for Q2 and H1 FY25. The company achieved a remarkable 31% year-over-year (YoY) revenue growth in Q2, driven by a 7% increase in gold volumes and strong value growth of 30% in gold jewellery, complemented by a 9% rise in diamond jewellery value. For the half-year, the revenue increased by 18%. Same-store sales growth (SSSG) stood at 20% in Q2. Key financial metrics include Q2 revenue of ₹1,500.5 Cr, with EBIT and EBITDA also rising by 31% to ₹49.0 Cr and 32% to ₹51.9 Cr respectively. Profit after tax (PAT) saw a slight increase of 1% to ₹12.1 Cr.
Suvankar Sen, MD & CEO, highlighted record sales during the festive month of October, surpassing ₹1,000 Cr, marking a 14-15% increase from the previous year. The duty cuts by the government have positively impacted sales, alongside rising demand from Tier 2, 3, and 4 towns.
