Sical Logistics Limited — Board Meeting, 14-11-2024: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of Sical Logistics Limited has approved the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the half-year ending September 30, 2024. Financial highlights include a total income of ₹24.80 crore and a net loss of ₹26.38 crore for the half-year. The Board has also decided to raise up to ₹250 crore through a Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP), with shareholder approval to be sought in a forthcoming Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM). A Fund Raising Committee is to be constituted to facilitate the QIP process.
