Mandeep Auto Industries Limited — Board Meeting, 14-11-2024: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has approved the standalone financial results for the half-year ended 30th September 2024. The company will be holding its first Annual General Meeting (AGM) with the draft Notice and Director's Report also sanctioned by the Board. M/s. V.N. Purohit & Co. has been proposed to be appointed as the statutory auditor for five years, subject to shareholder approval. Key appointments include Mr. Lakshay as CFO and Ms. Sangeeta as Company Secretary, both effective from 15th November 2024, while two independent directors, Ms. Chanu Rajput and Mr. Manish Sharma, have resigned. The Audit Committee and other committees will be reconstituted.
