Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited — Board Meeting, 14-11-2024: Outcome of Board Meeting

The 360th board meeting of MTNL has approved a service agreement with BSNL for a duration of 10 years, effective from December 15, 2024, unless terminated with prior notice. Shri Sunil Kumar Verma has been appointed as a Government Nominee Director for three years starting November 8, 2024. The board ratified the appointment of S.L. Chhajed & Co LLP and O P Bagla & Co LLP as statutory auditors for the financial year 2024-25. Additionally, MTNL has initiated steps to implement a holding on operations and an escrow mechanism with Union Bank of India as directed by the Committee of Secretaries.
