Garware Technical Fibres Limited — Board Meeting, 14-11-2024: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of Garware Technical Fibres Limited has resolved to increase the authorized share capital from INR 60 crore to INR 120 crore, along with the issuance of 7,94,12,676 bonus equity shares in a ratio of 4:1, which will be credited from the general reserve. The unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year are also approved, showing total income of INR 41,445.21 crore for the quarter and INR 78,071.80 crore for the half-year, with profit after tax of INR 6,400.93 crore and INR 12,037.26 crore, respectively.
