Happy Forgings Limited has secured an order to supply precision-engineered components for power generation applications from a North American manufacturer. Deliveries are set to commence in Q2 FY26 and will be ongoing for a minimum of five years, which could extend based on mutual agreement. Anticipated annual revenue from this order is approximately Rs. 28 Cr, with cumulative revenue projected between Rs. 135 Cr and Rs. 145 Cr by FY31.

This development enhances the contribution of the industrial segment and exports to the company's revenue, aligning with its strategy to diversify across industry segments and expand its global footprint.
