The Board of Directors of My Mudra Fincorp Limited has approved the un-audited financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2024. Revenue from operations stands at ₹33.74 crore, with a profit before tax of ₹3.87 crore. The Board has also appointed M/s Hitesh Goyal & Associates as the Secretarial Auditor and M/s Awadhesh Kumar & Associates as the Internal Auditor for the financial year 2024-25. Additionally, a statement confirming no deviation in the utilization of IPO proceeds was also noted.
