The company has allotted 87,608 equity shares of face value ₹5 each, following a board resolution, due to the exercise of Restricted Stock Units by eligible employees. This includes 75,073 shares under the 2015 Stock Incentive Compensation Plan and 12,535 shares under the Infosys Expanded Stock Ownership Program 2019. As a result, the issued and subscribed share capital has increased to ₹20,761.23 crore, comprising 4,152,246,920 equity shares.
