Vibhor Steel Tubes Ltd (VSTL) reported a standalone net profit of ₹88.5 lakh for Q2 FY25, down from ₹517.72 lakh a year earlier. Operating income also declined to ₹23,608.54 lakh from ₹28,016.96 lakh. EBITDA for the quarter was ₹710.39 lakh, significantly lower than ₹1,443.80 lakh the previous year. For the half-year period, net profit stood at ₹390.52 lakh compared to ₹852.13 lakh last year, with operating income at ₹46,083.17 lakh.

The company is witnessing increased demand from the infrastructure, housing, and automobile sectors, suggesting a positive outlook for the latter half of FY25. VSTL is diversifying its product offerings, including crash barriers and monopoles, and aims to enhance margins through new product introduction and increased exports. A newly launched galvanizing facility in Telangana is set to double production capacity to 48,000 MTPA, significantly boosting the company’s operational capabilities. With a strong focus on quality and timely delivery, VSTL continues to strengthen its market position.
