Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Limited (GRSE) reported strong financial performance for Q2 FY25, with total income reaching ₹1,228 Cr, up 27% from ₹969 Cr in Q2 FY24. Revenue from operations surged by 28% to ₹1,153 Cr, while EBITDA increased 20% to ₹144 Cr. Profit Before Tax (PBT) rose by 22% to ₹131 Cr, and Profit After Tax (PAT) increased by 21% to ₹98 Cr.

For the half-year results, total income was ₹2,311 Cr, compared to ₹1,796 Cr in H1 FY24. Revenue from operations for the period stood at ₹2,163 Cr, with Core EBITDA at ₹274 Cr, reflecting an EBITDA margin of 16%. PBT and PAT grew to ₹246 Cr and ₹185 Cr, respectively, maintaining a PAT margin of 18%.

The Chairman noted that the strong order book and upcoming contracts, particularly for the Indian Navy and commercial vessels, set a positive outlook for the company's growth trajectory. With consistent performance in hand, GRSE is well-positioned for future success.
