IRM Energy Limited — Board Meeting, 13-11-2024: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has announced a board meeting outcome, approving the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2024. The consolidated revenue from operations amounted to ₹2,315.20 million, a 5% year-on-year increase. However, the standalone profit after tax (PAT) decreased to ₹129.43 million, down from ₹281.01 million in the prior year. Additionally, Mr. Manoj Kumar Sharma has been appointed as CEO for a term of three years starting December 6, 2024, and the board committees have been reconstituted.
