Nippon Life India Asset Management Limited has announced a board meeting for the approval of share allotments under its Employee Stock Option Plans (NAM INDIA ESOP 2017 and NAM INDIA ESOP 2019). The allotment includes 36,988 shares under the 2017 plan at ₹202.50 each and 64,303 shares under the 2019 plan at varying prices, totaling ₹74.90 lakh and approximately ₹1.73 crore, respectively. Following this, the paid-up equity share capital will increase to ₹633.32 crore, now totaling 63,33,29,257 shares.
