Thriarr, specializing in manufacturing electrical, automobile, and industrial components with a revenue of ₹34.6 Crore in FY 2023-24, will enhance Hitech’s product offerings and international reach. The transaction, expected to close within three months, supports strategic growth by expanding Hitech's addressable market and reinforcing its position in key export markets such as the USA and UAE.
