The Board of Directors of Sadhana Nitro Chem Limited has announced a board meeting, during which they approved the unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2024. Total income for the quarter stood at ₹43.05 crore, while profit after tax was ₹2.6 crore. The Board also approved the appointment of Mr. Uday Krishna Laud as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term, the extension of services for Company Secretary Mr. Nitin R. Jani for three more years, and appointed Mrs. Sangeeta Rohit Naik as the Compliance Officer.
