Inox Green Energy Services Limited — JV/Acquisition, 13-11-2024: Demerger

Inox Green Energy Services Limited has approved a demerger of its Power Evacuation Business into Resco Global Wind Services Limited. This strategic move aims to establish Inox Green as a pure-play operations and maintenance entity, enhancing focus on each distinct business segment. The Power Evacuation Business, accounting for a turnover of ₹14.93 Cr or 6.19% of Inox Green's total turnover, is expected to attract a specialized investor base. As part of the scheme, shareholders will receive 122 shares of Resco for every 1,700 shares held in Inox Green, with Resco's shares set to be listed on major exchanges post-approval.
