Standalone revenue from operations stood at ₹167.89 Cr, with a profit after tax of ₹183.63 Cr. Consolidated revenue was ₹225.07 Cr, leading to a profit after tax of ₹84.02 Cr. The board noted the resignation of Mr. Tanmay Mukund Pethkar as Company Secretary effective January 5, 2025, and accepted the resignation of M/s. Unicus Risk Advisors LLP as internal auditors. Financial results and a limited review report by the statutory auditor were also submitted.
