The Board of Directors has approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended 30th September 2024, reporting a total income of ₹9,523.55 crore, compared to ₹10,744.67 crore for the same period last year. The net profit for the period is ₹2,319.36 crore, versus ₹1,930.54 crore previously, demonstrating a solid growth trajectory. The board also reconstituted various committees and appointed new members including Mrs. Minakshi Mittal to the Stakeholders Relationship Committee and the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee.
