Century Plyboards (India) Limited — Board Meeting, 13-11-2024: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has announced a meeting to discuss the establishment of a new Resin and Formaldehyde manufacturing unit in Hoshiarpur, Punjab. The proposed facility aims for a capacity of 200 MTPD for Formaldehyde and 250 MTPD for Resin, with a tentative completion target of September 2026. An investment of approximately ₹42 crore will be required, with financing from own funds or bank loans. This initiative is intended to enhance in-house production capabilities for captive consumption.
