Surana Telecom and Power Limited — Board Meeting, 13-11-2024: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of Surana Telecom and Power Limited has approved the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended 30th September 2024. The results show a total income of ₹1,023.41 crore and ₹1,391.60 crore, respectively, with a profit before tax of ₹487.72 crore for the half-year. Additionally, Ms. Arcot Ganeshan Monisha has been appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective immediately.
