Financial Performance: Matrimony.com reported consolidated billings of ₹111 Cr for the quarter, reflecting a 5.5% decline sequentially and 5.2% year-on-year (YoY). Revenue stood at ₹115.5 Cr, down 4.2% QoQ and 5.5% YoY. The matchmaking segment billed ₹109.9 Cr, also a decline of 5.5% QoQ and 4.3% YoY. Notably, the marriage services and other ventures generated revenue of ₹1.24 Cr, declining 37.2% QoQ and 49.1% YoY, leading to a loss of ₹3.64 Cr. However, the EBITDA margin for the matchmaking business improved to 22.6% from 21.3% YoY, indicating cost management.
