Indo-National Limited — Board Meeting, 13-11-2024: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board has approved extending the retirement age of Mr. C.R. Sivaramakrishnan, CFO, by one year, effective January 1, 2025. Additionally, Mr. Pavan Kumar BVS will change his designation from Chief Operating Officer (COO) to Chief Executive Officer (CEO), also effective January 1, 2025. These changes indicate a strategic alignment in the leadership structure as the company prepares for future growth.
