Entero Healthcare Solutions has entered into a binding Memorandum of Understanding to acquire a 100% stake in Radha Swami Medico House for an amount of up to INR 50.94 Cr, which includes the net assets and target-based milestone payments. This acquisition aligns with Entero's core business of pharmaceutical distribution, aiming to enhance revenue on a consolidated basis. Radha Swami Medico House, with a turnover of INR 130.30 Mn for the fiscal year 2023-24, operates solely in India and is expected to contribute significantly to the company's growth. The deal is set to close by January 31, 2025.
