Entero Healthcare Solutions Limited — Board Meeting, 12-11-2024: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board has approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2024. Additionally, it has cancelled the proposed acquisition of Visionary Medicare Solutions Private Limited due to technical and commercial reasons. The Board has also approved the voluntary strike-off of three non-operational subsidiaries and granted 75,600 employee stock options. Furthermore, it plans to invest up to INR 20 Crores in equity shares of Getwell Medicare Solutions Private Limited, extended the timeline for completing the acquisition of a 15% stake in Getwell, and has initiated due diligence for acquiring two firms, Shree Enterprises and Radha Swami Medico House, with total investments of approximately INR 282.06 Mn.
