The Board of Sula Vineyards has announced a board meeting on 12th November 2024, where it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended 30th September 2024. The consolidated revenue for the quarter was ₹141.97 crore, while the net profit stood at ₹14.48 crore. Additionally, Ms. Shalaka Koparkar was appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. The board also approved the re-appointment of three non-executive independent directors and the appointment of an additional independent director, pending shareholder approval.
