RSWM Limited — Board Meeting, 12-11-2024: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board has approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2024. Standalone revenue from operations stood at ₹2,373.82 crore, with a net loss of ₹34.88 crore. The Board also made an amendment to the Articles of Association concerning borrowing limits, subject to shareholder approval via postal ballot. Additionally, Shri Rajesh Ramchandra Singh has been appointed as Business Head & Chief Executive – Denim Business, effective November 14, 2024.
