A B Infrabuild Limited — Board Meeting, 12-11-2024: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended 30th September 2024, detailing a significant increase in current assets to ₹14,961.69 crore compared to ₹11,597.79 crore in the previous period. Mrs. Pooja Soni has resigned as Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective immediately, and Mr. Amrit Prakashchandra Suthar has been appointed to the role. The meeting also authorized the allotment of 34,88,000 equity shares at ₹10.80 each, raising ₹2.82 crore through the conversion of warrants. Additionally, Ms. Shivani Amit Mishra has been appointed as an Executive Director.
