Ganesha Ecosphere Limited — Important, 12-11-2024: General Updates

Ganesha Ecosphere Limited's wholly owned subsidiary, Ganesha Ecopet Private Limited, is set to enhance its production capabilities by establishing a greenfield project in Odisha with a proposed capacity of 45,000 tons per annum (TPA) for manufacturing rPET chips and granules. The existing capacity stands at 42,000 TPA, currently being utilized at around 75%. The expansion, aimed at business growth, will require an investment of approximately Rs. 450-500 Crore, financed through a mix of debt, equity, and internal accruals. The new capacity is anticipated to be operational within two years, presenting a potential growth opportunity for the company and enhancing its competitive positioning in the market.
