The Board has approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2024, revealing a profit before tax of ₹(2,824) crore. Mr. N. Venkat Raju has been reappointed as Managing Director for five years, effective January 24, 2025, subject to shareholder approval. The Board also sanctioned the appointment of M/s. D.
