Kalyani Forge Limited — Board Meeting, 12-11-2024: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of Kalyani Forge Limited has approved the unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half-year, which show total income of ₹12,044.80 crore and a profit after tax of ₹427.01 crore. Additionally, the board accepted the resignation of Mr. Viraj G. Kalyani as Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately, and appointed Mr. Nilesh Bandale in his place. The previous statutory auditors, Kalyaniwalla & Mistry LLP, will resign effective November 13, 2024, with M. P. Chitale & Co. appointed as the new auditors from the same date.
