Mindteck (India) Limited has reported consolidated revenue of ₹108.23 crore for the quarter, a slight increase compared to ₹108.15 crore for the previous quarter and a rise from ₹98.47 crore year-on-year. The consolidated net profit for the quarter was ₹7.57 crore, down from ₹8.11 crore in the prior quarter and slightly up from ₹7.41 crore a year ago. Year-to-date (YTD) consolidated revenue for the first half is ₹216.38 crore, reflecting a 12.8% increase from ₹191.88 crore in the same period last year. Consolidated net profit for the YTD period stands at ₹15.68 crore, a 14.9% increase year-over-year.
Standalone results show revenues of ₹39.17 crore, down from ₹41.44 crore sequentially but up from ₹34.50 crore year-on-year. Standalone net profit increased to ₹4.41 crore from ₹3.86 crore in the last quarter and ₹4.15 crore a year prior. Positive outlook was indicated by leadership, noting resilience amid global economic challenges and a commitment to innovation and operational efficiency, positioning the company well for future growth.
