The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on today i.e. 11th November, 2024 have approved the allotment of 1,53,126 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each to the employees of the Company pursuant to exercise of employees stock appreciation rights under "BCML Employees Stock Appreciation Rights Plan 2023".
