BLS International Services Limited has informed the Exchange about the meeting of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of BLS International Services Limited (the Company ) was held today i.e. November 11, 2024, has, inter alia, considered and approved grant of 1,68,000 Employee Stock Options ( Options ) convertible into equal number of equity shares of the Company of face value of Re.1/- each, to the eligible employees of the Company underthe BLS International Employees Stock Option Scheme 2023 .
